We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team in Springfield, Missouri. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity. The Procurement Manager will also play a vital role in developing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the company's supply chain operations are efficient and cost-effective.
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for better efficiency in procurement processes.
• Oversee the use of e-sourcing platforms and other digital solutions for procurement processes.
• Manage the company's commodity and ensure proper commodity management practices.
• Implement cost savings measures in the procurement process to increase company profitability.
• Oversee the logistics and materials handling processes, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Manage the global supply chain and ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement CapEx strategies for the procurement department.
• Use 'About Time' software for better time management within the procurement department.
• Be proficient in 3M policies and procedures and ensure their implementation within the procurement department.• Proficiency in using 3M, CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions.
• Experience with e-sourcing and About Time software.
• Knowledge of Commodity Management and Cost Savings strategies.
• Understanding of Logistics and Materials Handling processes.
• Familiarity with Global Supply Chain management.
